  • Robert Lee Kilpatrick

    Co-Founder

    Robert is the Executive Director of the Scientific American Health + Care Transformation Initiative. He was recently an Academic Visitor at the University of Oxford. He is an Advisor to Berkeley SkyDeck, an Advisor to the Columbia University Master of Science Program in Bioethics, Chair of the Health & Medicine Member-Led Forum at the Commonwealth Club World Affairs, and a Partner at Technology Vision Group LLC. He received a doctorate in the History of Medicine from the University of Cambridge.

  • Gareth Presch

    Co-Founder

    Gareth is a global healthcare innovator, strategist, and founder of the World Health Innovation Summit (WHIS) and World Health Innovation Day (established in 2024). With 25 years of experience, he has held prominent roles, including former Chief Officer of Ireland's National Haemophilia Council. As CEO of the Global Social Prescribing Alliance, Gareth champions holistic healthcare and UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 to build thriving communities worldwide.

  • Dr. Charles Alessi

    Co-Founder

    Charles is a clinician and acknowledged global leader in healthcare and information technology. He is also an advisor to the International Association of National Public Health Institutes (IANPHI) and to Weqaya, the new public health agency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His previous roles include Chairman of the National Association of Primary Care (UK); Senior Advisor to Public Health England and lead for dementia risk reduction and digital transformation and personalisation; Global Chief Clinical Officer for Healthcare information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). He has published very widely both in academic journals as well as in the more mainstream press and occupied a variety of academic positions in Universities, situated worldwide. He has played an extensive role in guiding the development of content and other activities that are specifically targeting clinicians and health and care professionals, empowering them to become digital leaders of a healthy and sustainable future.

  • Pascal Lardier

    Co-Founder

    Pascal is a digital health strategist and connector. He co-founded éditohealth in 2009 to promote digital health around the world with new perspectives: preaching outside of the usual choir of digital health enthusiasts and placing humans at the heart of digital transformation efforts. He was also Vice President for content across events and media at HIMSS from 2018 to 2022, and before that promoted grassroot health innovation movements around the world for over 10 years as Health 2.0’s International Director – mentoring innovators, connecting stakeholders, matchmaking startups with investors and customers, and organising international events on 5 continents. He is also involved in several EU-funded projects focused on digital health, including the GET and eHealth Hub projects, where the company was specifically in charge of accelerating investments and commercial traction for digital health solution providers in Europe.

  • Sean Roberts

    Co-Founder

    Sean has over 23 years of global experience in strategic partnerships, account management and mission driven projects. Working for leading NGO’s and private entities. It is by developing unique revenue streams and working with public and private partners for strategic collaborations and opportunities that he has built a solid experience in driving revenue and performance. He specializes in marketing and communications, international development client solutions, and event management. He is also a global attaché, connector, music enthusiast, culturist, and podcaster.

    Marketing Lead

    Julia Muszynski is a seasoned marketing consultant known for her expertise in driving digital transformation and creating effective marketing strategies. With leadership experience at Google and adidas, she has managed high-profile projects and collaborated with industry giants.

    Since May 2023, Julia has been leading the digital marketing efforts at Radical Health Festival, where she oversees content creation, website management, LinkedIn, and social media strategies.

    Julia excels in managing comprehensive digital marketing suites, leveraging her innovative approach to consistently deliver impactful results.

  • Lena Wagner

    Speaker and Partner Management

    Lena is an entrepreneur known for leading social projects that empower women and unite diverse cultures. Her love for horses, coaching, and travel has taken her across the globe, enhancing her fluency in four languages. In 2024, she began her role in speaker and partnership management for the second Radical Health Festival. Lena is dedicated to making a positive, sustainable impact on society while constantly pursuing new knowledge.

    Rebeka is passionate about the Earth and nature, culture, mental + sexual health and wellbeing, sustainable tourism & agriculture, plant medicine & fungi, natural wine business development, food and beverage management.
